All stainless steel channels, patch clamps, posts, and handrail components are specified in AISI 316 marine-grade stainless steel — the only SS grade that resists salt-air corrosion in Dubai’s coastal environment without surface pitting within 3–5 years.
Every stair glass installation is designed to UAE Building Code requirements: 10mm minimum glass, 900–1,100mm handrail height, 100mm maximum infill gap, and 0.74 kN/m horizontal load rating. Compliance drawings available for developer or municipality submission.
We produce a shop drawing at the measurement stage — showing glass panel dimensions, post positions, channel depths, and fixing point locations. This is suitable for submission to villa developers, building management, and Dubai Municipality where formal approval is required before installation.
