Permit Advice (if Required)
For structures over 20 sqm or those attached to a building, we advise on the Dubai Municipality NOC process and can assist with documentation. Freestanding pergolas under 20 sqm typically proceed without permits.
Workshop Fabrication
All aluminium profiles are cut, welded, and powder-coated in our Dubai workshop. Glass panels are cut to spec and checked before leaving the factory — reducing on-site time and ensuring fit accuracy.
On-Site Installation
Our installation crew sets, levels, and anchors the aluminium structure, installs glass panels, and fits sliding windows or partition tracks. Typical installation takes 1–3 days depending on size and complexity.
Handover & Warranty
We do a walkthrough with you, demonstrate window and partition operation, provide care instructions, and issue your 2-year warranty documentation. The site is left clean, with all waste removed.
