The aluminium frame is a standard hollow section profile. The double-glazed IGU unit (4+12+4mm, air-filled) significantly improves the glass area performance over single glazing. Cost-effective for most residential applications across Dubai.
The same aluminium profile with a superior 4+14+4mm argon gas-filled IGU. Argon is denser than air and conducts heat less efficiently — improving the U-value of the glass unit from 2.8 to 1.9 W/m²K. Meaningfully better thermal performance for Dubai’s high temperature differentials. Cost premium: AED 200–400 per door unit.
The aluminium frame is manufactured with a polyamide thermal break insert running through the profile — physically separating the inner and outer aluminium sections. What’s Inside a Double Glazed Unit
A sealed insulating glass unit (IGU) consists of two glass panes separated by a thermally-broken aluminium or warm-edge spacer bar, hermetically sealed with butyl and silicone. The cavity is either air-filled or filled with argon gas. The spacer contains desiccant to absorb any trapped moisture, preventing condensation inside the unit over its 15–20 year service life.

You receive a detailed written quotation within 24 hours covering door type, IGU specification, U-value performance, RAL colour, hardware grade, and full installation cost. We provide three specification tiers (standard / argon / thermally broken) so you can choose the level that balances performance and budget.
On acceptance, your IGU glass units are ordered or cut from stock, and your aluminium door frames are fabricated in our Dubai workshop to exact dimensions. Powder coating is applied in your chosen RAL colour. Standard IGU doors are typically ready in 3–5 days; thermally broken or custom configurations in 5–7 days.
Our installation crew fits the door frame, glazes the IGU unit, fits all hardware, and perimeter-seals the frame with polyurethane weather sealant. A standard single-door installation takes 3–5 hours. We protect floors and clean the site on completion. All IGU units are handled in accordance with manufacturer storage and handling guidelines to prevent seal damage.
We demonstrate the door operation and locking system, confirm the IGU seal integrity, and issue your 2-year warranty certificate covering the aluminium frame, IGU unit, hardware, and powder-coat finish.
