What Happens On-Site During Your Kitchen Installation
Our crew protects floors and adjacent surfaces before work begins. Existing cabinets, worktops, and splashback tiles are removed if required (removal service included in installation price). The wall is assessed for plumb and level — any levelling compound applied before cabinet fitting begins.
Wall-mounted upper cabinets are fixed with structural fixings into the masonry or stud-work behind the plasterboard. All fixings are stainless steel — no corrosion over the life of the kitchen. Cabinets are levelled using adjustable hanging brackets before doors are hung.
Floor-standing lower units are positioned, levelled, and fixed. Integrated plinths are fitted to the correct floor-to-door height. Drawer boxes and soft-close runners are fitted and adjusted. Corner unit carousels and pull-out systems are installed and tested before the worktop is fitted.
Marble or quartz worktops are templated on-site and cut to exact dimensions in our workshop. The worktop is returned, set, bonded, and silicone-sealed at all wall junctions. Sink cut-outs are precision-cut. The front edge is bull-nosed and polished on-site to a finished standard.
Sink is undermounted or drop-fitted, plumbed and sealed. All doors and drawer fronts are fitted, aligned, and soft-close adjusted. Handles and hardware are fitted. Appliance gaps (oven, dishwasher, fridge) are confirmed. Perimeter silicone is applied and dressed.
We walk through the completed kitchen with you, check every door, drawer, and fitting, and correct any snagging items before leaving site. You receive your 2-year warranty certificate covering all cabinets, hardware, and worktop installation.
