Full-height glass panels with minimal hardware, folding to create a fully transparent opening. When closed, the panels look and perform like a standard frameless glass partition wall. When opened, the entire wall panel folds to one or both sides of the opening, creating a completely unobstructed clear span. Specified for executive meeting rooms, premium hotel conference suites, and client-facing spaces where aesthetics are paramount.
Aluminium-framed panels with glass or solid infill. More economical than frameless — specified where acoustic performance takes priority over full transparency, or where budget requirements are tighter. Solid-infill versions provide Rw 42 dB acoustic separation, making them suitable for high-privacy meeting rooms and training rooms where confidential discussions must not be audible in the adjacent space.
How a Folding Door System Works
Bi-parting system shown: panels fold to both sides from the centre, halving the stack depth on each side. Single-parting systems fold entirely to one side and require less clearance at the non-stack end.

Glass panels are cut to exact height and width for each panel position. Track sections are cut to length. Aluminium frame sections and hinges are prepared. Lead time: 3–5 days for standard configurations. Acoustic laminated glass specifications: 5–7 days.
Overhead track is fixed to the structural header using the appropriate fixings for the header material — concrete, steel, or timber. Floor guide channel is cut into the floor finish where a floor guide is specified. All track sections confirmed level and plumb before panels are hung.
Glass or infill panels are hung from the track carriages. Panel alignment, swing direction, and closure pressure are adjusted at each hinge point. Seals between panels and at the head and sill are fitted and tested. Full operational test with repeated open/close cycles confirms smooth operation.
